
Food and Beverage Production is a course that equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to prepare, cook, present, and serve food and beverages in hospitality establishments such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, institutions, and event venues.
By the end of the course, learners should be able to:
Apply food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Identify and use kitchen tools, equipment, and utensils correctly.
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of foods using different cooking methods. Upon successful completion, learners will be able to produce safe, nutritious, and high-quality food and beverages, maintain professional kitchen standards, and meet customer expectations in the hospitality industry.
